The Bias Ruler for TQM Products

Description: Cuts 280 inches of binding out of 45cm (1/2yd) of fabric (at 2 1/2" width - more if you use a smaller width).

Yields bias cut strips of binding at various widths, from 1/4" - 2 1/2".

Has a hinge in the middle allowing it to collapse in half for convenient storage and transport.
